Bioscreen Instruments Pvt Ltd, has set up and commissioned the SNPLine and Array Tape Facility The SNPline allows high throughput genotyping of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) and insertions/deletions (InDels) using a robust KASP TM technology. KASP TM is a scalable, cost-effective, rapid and accurate genotyping method. The SNPline can generate up to 50,000 datapoints per day. SNPline platform is well suited to projects that require several SNPs being typed in thousands of individual samples.
