miVac Sample Concentrators
miVac is a modular range of centrifugal vacuum concentrators and freeze driers capable of removing water and organic solvents from a variety of sample formats including tubes, microplates, and vials.
Duo Concentrator for low sample numbers Quattro Sample Concentrator for larger numbers. Combine with a Duo, Quattro or Scroll vacuum pump depending on the solvents being concentrated and add further options such as the unique SpeedTrap cold trap and vacuum controller.
miVac DNA. The miVac DNA is an ideal small vacuum concentrator for the molecular biology laboratory. The miVac DNA is capable of removing low volumes of water and organic solvents from a variety of sample formats including tubes, microplates, vials and round bottom flasks. Making it an ideal concentrator for the busy molecular biology laboratory.
The miVac Duo Concentrator has been designed to accept a two-swing position microplate rotor or disc rotors for tubes
Solid Aluminium Rotors : Aluminium is lightweight, but has very high thermal conductivity, allowing for excellent heat transfer.

The miVac SpeedTrap™ may also be used for freeze drying low volumes of water, and can be operated as a stand alone small volume freeze drier, or configured as a combined concentration / freeze drying workstation
The miVac pressure controller can be added to any modular miVac system and allows the user full control over the running pressure in the system. A vacuum ramping mode is included so that concentration can be commenced gently and is used to help prevent bumping or spitting
