Leprechaun – Complete Lentivirus & Exosome Characterization Platform
Leprechaun – Complete Lentivirus &
Exosome Characterization Platform
The
Leprechaun system is a breakthrough in viral vector and extracellular vesicle
(EV) analysis enabling you to measure titer, structure, size and purity of lentiviruses and exosomes even
from crude samples.
With
just 1–25 µL of sample, Leprechaun combines immuno-capture, interferometry and
fluorescence imaging to pinpoint truly functional particles and weed
out contaminants.
Key Features
Multiparameter
Measurement in One Run
Capture
virus or EV particles, size them via interferometry, evaluate structural
components by fluorescence.
Low
Sample Volume, High Throughput
Runs
up to 16
samples in parallel,
with capture of 1-25 µL per sample.
Robust
Lentivirus Characterization
Distinguishes
functional particles (capsid⁺, RNA⁺) from defective or aggregated ones.
Exosome
& EV Profiling
Captures
EVs by tetraspanin or custom antibodies, sizes down
to ~35 nm, measures concentration & phenotypes
Consumables
& Workflow
Uses
the Luni consumable plate for capture, size
measurement and fluorescence imaging with step-by-step protocols.
